Eager Reader Platform

The Eager Reader Platform aims to promote early literacy as an integral part of child development. The platform includes workshops for eager reader advocates, storytelling sessions for children, and activities that hone eager readers’ literacy skills. Eager Reader Platform also partners with civil society organizations to conduct capacity building for learning partners.

    Learning Sessions

    The Eager Reader Learning Sessions (ERLS) is a capacity-building initiative designed to support parents, teachers, and advocates of eager readers through online and in-person workshops.

    Storytelling Sessions

    A collection of storytelling videos with the help of passionate and talented volunteer storytellers, accessible on AGFI’s webpage, YouTube channel, and social media pages.

    Fam Day

    Facilitated at least twice a year with activities such as storytelling sessions and story-based activities for both children and their families to enjoy.

    Toolkit

    The Eager Reader Toolkit (ERT) is an online repository of materials such as early literacy posters for parents, teachers, and advocates of eager readers that includes resources, strategies, techniques, and important information about language learning and literacy.
